A nice relaxing quiet stay. From the friendly welcoming & helpful staff to very clean peppery & room. We love staying here when we visit our children in college. Thank you to Kristen at the front desk & Janice my waitress at breakfast to making me feel very comfortable during my stay. We look forward to coming back soon.

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at this property for a night while attending a concert at Hershey Stadium. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the stadium/back from the stadium which isn’t terrible. A couple of things that were disappointing about staying here was the cleanliness of the room and amenities. We used valet parking which was $25 a day. Much preferred over street or public garage parking because of the unfamiliarity of the area. Although the staff were helpful, we felt a little uneasy leaving our car with the staff as they did not seem to be wearing hotel branded uniforms. We weren’t sure who worked there and who did not. There was a stain on the comforter but otherwise the sheets and bed seemed to be clean. A couple of areas of the room looked like they needed to wiped down like the desk table. There seemed to be a leak either coming from the shower or toilet as there was noticeable water on the floor coming from somewhere even when the bathroom wasn’t being used. There was only 1 full sized bath towel provided which wasn’t enough for 2 people in total staying the night. Upon checkout, the process was easy and the staff were friendly the entire stay but just an observation, I was never asked about how the stay was. Overall, the stay was not horrible but it also was not up to standards that I expected like cleanliness.
