La salle de bain est petite, mais le coin Literie et le coin Salon sont spacieux. La literie est moelleuse et agréable. Le restaurant fonctionne sous la forme d'un buffet. Les plats sont frais et bons. Le petit-déjeuner est également de bonne tenue. Le personnel est aidant (je suis passé par la réception pour louer, à un prix raisonnable, une voiture avec chauffeur pour aller à Palitana ; j'ai pu conserver ma chambre jusqu'à 15h le jour du départ sans supplément). L'hôtel affiche 5 étoiles. C'est peut-être un peu excessif : la piscine est petite, il n’y avait pas de transat lors de mon séjour ; la climatisation dans la chambre fonctionnait mal et il y faisait 27°C ; la réception est petite et bruyante lorsqu'un événement est organisé dans la salle attenante."
