This charming Civil War era house first floor apartment is located in historic downtown Gettysburg. The apartment has been restored, with two bedrooms (queen beds), so the house can sleep 4 .The bathroom has a tub with shower. In addition there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, reading room, and parlor. There is central a/c throughout. At the rear of the house is a secluded garden and parking. The apartment is ideal for 4 people You can walk to most of the shops and restaurants. The National Military Park (Battlefield) is two minutes walk away. Paranormal investigators might enjoy their experience here as well! This property was larger than expected, and super clean. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The beds are comfortable. The living room and dining room area are very spacious. The location is perfect. We walked pretty much everywhere, except for our tour of the battlefields. There are lots of shops and great dining options all within walking distance. The owner has a binder full of options/suggestions for eating and touring. This was so helpful because we always want to know the locations the locals frequent.
