"Our brief, 1-night stay at the cabin was great. Having firewood readily available to burn helped take the chill off. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Jokull was a great communicator. My only regret about our stay was we didn't get to use the sauna; we were beat from a long day. But, we were treated to a Northern Lights show in the wee hours of the night, after the clouds parted. Visible right from the deck. "

"Easily one of the best rentals we've had through VRBO. Owner was in communication very early through the process, provided access information well in advance (which is great because there have been times I've had to call owners to get access when I'm sitting at the property), and the location provided easy access to the West and Southern areas of Iceland. Well it was just my wife and I, the place was more spacious than I expected, and two couples or a couple with children could easily stay here and be comfortable. The solitude was also brilliant, because it allowed for some excellent night time photography while there. Planning to go back next summer so my wife can see the puffins, and this will be the first place I check to see if they are available when we return."
