"The beds feel clean and comfortable. The showers really need to be scrubbed though. I put a towel down while in the shower so I didn't have my bare feet on the shower floor. The gym equipment is not great, partly falling apart (only a recumbant bike; the machine is very old and cheap-feeling; the bench feels shaky and broken - the dumbbells are great though!). I do wish the breakfast choices were better - it just feels so 'grab and go' and sugar-packed. I appreciate the fresh fruit, yogurt, and hard-boiled egg options. Coffee....very 'instant' flavored. There's a Tim Horton's across the street - I recommend that instead. The main Quality Inn signage is falling down on one side, making it difficult to see where to pull in at night. I've stayed here many times now, as my daughter is in college in Fredonia. Overall, this hotel is average. It could be better and cleaner. Location is good, and the staff are always very nice and pleasant. "

"First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing. The curtains looked as if they were never washed/or cleaned since they were installed. The staff was ok, when asked if the facility was a shelter the gentleman hesitated on responding. Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul upgrade and get rid of the rehab people if you want to stay in business. Suggestion: just convert into a shelter that helps rehabilitated people if that’s what you want to do. I’m sure most of your customers will agree. If Im paying to stay in a hotel then thats the atmosphere I’m expecting to see. Clarion do better. I will never be returning here!! "

"The hotel as a whole needs updating. The front desk person when we checked in wasn’t very clear of instructions(didn’t tell us floor) they also didn’t want car info or check my id(which makes me nervous that anyone can use your name and check in). There was carpets taped down to the floor, there was chunks of dried mud in the hall. Our room was ok but the bathroom needed a nice deep clean, especially the tub/shower. Overall it was an ok experience but I would not stay there again unless it has been updated."
