Appartement idéalement situé, l'appartement en duplex est parfait quand on souhaite regarder la télé sans déranger les autres occupants qui dorment.

Bien, mais...

Séjour de 2 semaines dans cet appartement au mois d'Aout. Il est propre et bien agencé, mais pour moi, deux points négatifs, dont l'un au moins devrait être mentionné dans l'annonce : - L'appartement se situe sur la place animée de Gerardmer, avec au Rdc, bars et boites de nuit. Le gérant du bar a d'ailleurs laisser un mot dans l'ascenseur indiquant qu'il serait profitable à tout le monde que les bailleurs annoncent clairement la couleur sur les nuisances sonores. Ca n'en gêne pas certains, ça en gêne d'autre. Bouchons d'oreille quasi obligatoire pour dormir. - L'appartement semble avoir été rénové. Cuisine neuve par exemple. Dommage de ne pas être allé plus loin : les matelas ont largement dépassé leur fin de vie, et les casseroles et poêles pour la plupart aussi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Gerardmer! L' accueil a été chaleureux. L'appartement est situé en plein centre ville et la description est conforme à celle indiquée dans l'annonce. Tous les commerces, restaurants, supermarchés sont à proximité. La navette de ski se trouve à 3 minutes à pieds. Nous envisageons de revenir l'année prochaine!

Appartement idéal et très bien situé

La description de l'appartement est conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce, il n'y a aucune surprise. Ce duplex est idéalement situé près des restaurants, boutiques et commerces et la place de parking est bienvenue !

Franchement, je n'ai jamais trouvé de location aussi bien ! - Très propre à notre arrivée (et bien sur laissé propre à notre départ ;) ) - Bien situé en plein coeur de Gérardmer - Super bien équipé - Calme - Résidence avec assanceur, le tout très propre et calme Bref, je ne peux que la recommander... Habitué de Gerardmer, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité, emplacement et prix. L'appartement permet de profiter de tous les avantages de son emplacement en plein centre ville (commerces, restaurants, navette ...) mais sans les inconvenients (bruit, nuisances ....). L'accueil a été charmant et le logement bien équipé sans rien a redire. J'espère y revenir
