This house is a wonderful place to unwind. It has been furnished with great attention to detail. <br>If you’re looking to recharge your batteries in a cozy setting and absolute tranquility after an eventful day in nature, you’ve come to the right place. <br>When planning this vacation rental, we focused on comfort, coziness, relaxation, and well-being. Every room has been furnished with great attention to detail. We want our guests to feel right at home and welcome from the very first minute. Our hygiene policy guarantees that every pillow, every comforter, every sofa cushion, every rug, and even the outdoor linens… are washed at 60°C after each guest (not just the covers). <br>Families with children are warmly welcome here. There’s always something for the little ones to discover in our large garden. Parents can keep an eye on everything from their lounge chairs on the terrace that’s part of the garden. <br><br>Fees for additional guests<br>Base rate:<br>Vacation rental including 2 guests in Bedroom 1<br>€109.00 per night for 2 people when both are staying in Bedroom 1<br><br>Fee for additional guests:<br>- Bedrooms 2 and 3<br> €18.00 per person per night <br>- Bedroom 4 = Children’s room with bunk beds and <br> a crib<br> €8.00 per person per night<br><br>Final cleaning fee<br>A fee of 100 euros is charged directly by Fewo. This fee applies to the use of the entire vacation rental. A weather-protected room for sports equipment and charging stations for e-bike batteries are available. The apartment is located on the first floor. Various items for children are available free of charge upon request (e.g., travel crib, high chair, step stool for the sink, potty, toilet seat). There is no dedicated charging station for electric vehicles.<br><br>Outdoor Area<br>A barbecue area equipped with a Weber charcoal grill and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. Both the outdoor seating area and the covered area feature cozy armchairs and stools, inviting you to relax and unwind after an eventful day, whatever the weather. The covered area of the terrace also includes a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a glass-ceramic cooktop (available for a cash deposit of 100 euros).<br>Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area. <br><br>Vacation Rental<br>Hallway<br>The hallway offers plenty of space for shoes, jackets, umbrellas, and other gear, and connects the living/dining area to two of the three bedrooms as well as one of the two bathrooms.<br><br>Bedrooms<br>Each of the three bedrooms features a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe with ample storage space and a sufficient number of hangers, as well as various storage boxes. In addition, each bedroom has a cozy counter with two bar stools. The windows are equipped with opaque folding blinds, blackout curtains, and fly screens.
