« This was my first stay at the property. The area was clean, and overall the stay itself was fine. However, I had a concerning interaction with a staff member that needs to be addressed. Before leaving, I went up to return the cart and shared an elevator with a staff member. She looked at me and said, “Ah, you’re the one who asked to change your bed sheets. The front desk call and ask me to change your bed sheet at 4;00 pm".
