Both rooms not cleaned even once despite sign hung on door and verbal request to cleaners!!!. They only come to clean around 630pm when we were busy getting ready to go out for dinner. Towels were replaced but looked greyish. Just imagine, you can see the front desk staff check-in customer while having her lunch at front desk (I experience it when I’m checked into that hotel). Front desk staffs are not so friendly, when I check in, maybe I’m disturbing her lunch time “I got no eye See”. Room space is just nice, but cleaneness is an issue here. Stained bedsheets found, and WC toiled stained on also. Shower head also not function properly for my room.
