The parking is a hassle, have to go to the front desk the validate the touch and go card everytime before going out. The worst experience is with the towels provided in the hotel, they were mostly yellowish (was white towel before) and a few even go a strip of blood stain on it. The facility is very nice, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. I hope they make the improvement the the towel and parking and much much faster check in process. However, the quality and service of the staff need to be urgently upgraded. The counter staff (an Indian lady named Nitriya) showed an cold face and unwelcoming attitude in handling the checking in. My credit card was charged without a word of informing me though I am standing right in front of the counter. The cafe served cold parties, fruits that precut and stored in cooler. Coffee machine was out of order, ran out of bean without restored. The staff in uniform (a man and a lady) played around at the counter, blocking the walk path.
