« After arrival, check-in and getting to our 4th floor room, I attempted to contact the front desk with the house phone to request extra pillows but the room phone didn't work. I checked the wire connections between the phone and wall outlet. It was connected properly but dead. So I had to make a trip to the front desk to obtain the pillows and tell them about the phone. « The main office was closed we had to go register at room 106. Of all the construction going on, my vehicle ended up with a flat tire. The mattress in my room seemed that it was old and very used up because the middle of it was sunk in. The website for this hotel had pictures that didn’t match the availability. There’s also a discrepancy in the amount charged by the hotel and Expedia. »

« It was ok for the price, I suppose. The room smelled pretty bad and the floor was dirty. The door had a very large gap (not the bottom—on the side the door closes), even when latched and locked that allowed in flies, mosquitos, very annoying gnats, and even big enough for a cricket. Plus no privacy as I could hear everybody outside, which means my conversations were not private either. So, I did have the management spray some bug spray in the gap to help repel the bugs but it really needs to be...
