The floor was in awful shape and pieces missing from it. Animal droppings on that front porch. The toilet and shower were not clean. Two out of the three beds had stains on the mattress pads. The coach had dog hair on it and slobber. We didn’t feel comfortable staying and when contacted the host he was very rude and would only refund us part of the stay. We were there Monday - Friday in early September. The weather was beautiful and proximity to local attractions was a plus. No crowds at all. A really relaxing visit. We did all state parks in the area with our fury boys (golden retrievers). My wife is a veteran so free admission was a big win thank you NY.
