Perfect for families, couples, a girls week-end or tradies. Complimentary sparkling grape juice, delicious eggs from our chickens and many other extras included. Beautiful new kitchen fully equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, fridge and many electrical appliances. Nespresso coffee machine with pods, tea , coffee, milk and sugar are provided. Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Second separate toilet. Large screen HD smart TV with blue-ray player in the lounge. Comfortable leather recliners. R/C air-conditioning in lounge and dining room. Heating in all three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed that can be split to make 2 king-single beds and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed that can be split to make 2 king-single beds. Bedroom 3 has a king single bed and a single trundle bed is available, if required. A full size cot with all bedding and a high chair are available for children under 2 years. Quality linen and towels are supplied. FREE WI-FI Only 4kms from Eastern Gardens, 5 minutes drive to Geelong CBD, Waterfront, Deakin University and Hospitals. Bellarine Peninsula beaches of Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff and Portarlington are short drives away. Adventure Park is a 12 minute drive away. Restaurants, take-away, supermarkets and shops are located close by. A large indoor pool is only minutes away. PARKING Under cover parking for 2 cars in our double carport and large yard can cater for several vehicles. CHILDREN The front and back yards are secure with a large lawn area for children to play. We have a trampoline and a gorgeous Caravan Cubby. Children can feed our friendly chickens and collect delicious eggs for their breakfast. We have a selection of family DVDs and books to choose from. Coppards Rest is set on an acre of land with the hosts living at the rear of the property in a separate house. ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS CONSIDERED ($60 extra for cleaning). NO PETS ALLOWED. We had an awesome couple of nights stay at this lovely home. The location was close enough to Geelong and cafes and shops, but far enough away to have a peaceful relaxing stay. Our host Linda was extremely helpful, and the house was setup with lots of extra goodies when we arrived such as hot cross buns. Great place for kids, the caravan cubby was a huge hit, as were the chickens. The other bonus of the chickens were the fresh eggs we had available to us. The house is well equipped, and is ideal for relaxing and resting after being on the go all day. I'd definitely return to Coppards Rest next time we visit Geelong. ##### Greg D. Linda was a great host, the place was spotless and the kids loved the chickens and the caravan to play in. Could not have asked for a better mini break and the cookies were delicious. Cannot speak highly enough of the property and Linda as a host and would recommend anyone to stay there if they get the chance. A gorgeous little house - very clean and quality fittings and furnishings. Everything we needed was there. The kids loved the cubby and feeding the chooks. We found the location quiet and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Coppards Rest. Lovely house with every possible amenity. Very clean with quality inclusions. The fresh eggs from the chickens and the muffins on arrival added to a wonderful stay. Excellent value and well located for shops & attractions. Already thinking of reasons to go back. Had everything we needed and were welcomed, accommodated and supported through our little mini break. It’s in a very accessible location with plenty of room for our vehicle (and boat). Hubby tootled off to various fishing spots while I attended a class in the heart of Geelong. The house is light, clean and spacious with every facility you could need. The beds were comfortable, the house was just easy to relax in. We were made to feel very welcome right from the outset with fresh scones on arrival and fresh eggs for our breakfast from the resident chooks! I feel like I have made a new friend in Linda (and her beautiful dog), she was easygoing, helpful and very likeable. Looking forward to a return visit in the future. ##### Allison K.
