"Location is perfect, but everything else is a scam. There was only one bedroom and it was a sofa bed the other bedroom was small with a small couch. The living room had a couch that could be converted to a bed. Most of the photos from listing showing a bed is a scam. "I loved this hotel, the hourly tolling of bells was an added plus. I was concerned because I only found two glasses and we had three people staying, but I just hadn't looked in the cabinet above something, a little high for me to reach. We also had to walk a bit to catch an Uber, but I loved the area and loved walking through it so it was a minor problem."

"Hotel Hanza is an excellent Hotel in a great location. We were very fortunate to a room with a view on the water front.And also a balcony (massive bonus as only 2)The room was very spacious and traditional with modern touches. Complimentory water,tea and coffee etc.We also had a lovely bottle of wine in the room,which made it even more special.We had a problem with the toilet which was fixed promptly. Only marked down facilities as didn't use them lol.Didnt have much interaction with the staff so hence only 4 stars.No bad reflection on them.All in all a great Hotel, great location and also good mini bar with not stupid charges.So if going to Gdańsk you can't go wrong really. Would definitely stay again"
