Very dirty rooms, blood on sheets (i took pictures), and drunk noisy guests. Before we check-in, the hotel showed that we checked in and charged the payment from Expedia. There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is Expedia than Pamuk City Hotel.

Not a safe place
Service staff of house keeping lack integrity and invade personal space of guest. Air-conditioning controls dont work. Rooms are not made on regular basis. Not a safe place

The bathroom was so old and toilet was broken , and at night we couldn’t sleep because of the cigarette smoke coming to our room…we just liked the location that’s all.

The staff at the hotel were very good. The room with big enough but smell dusty. The breakfast was good. The major problem is that heavy cigarette smell gets to your room from the other rooms and that makes you suffecated at time, you leave your room every night till past midnight when the smokers sleep then you can go back to your room to sleep.

The hotel looks nice, the staff are very nice, the room was big enough but not that clean. Breakfast is good(a topical turkish breakfast). But there is a serious problem with the room and that is if anyone is smoking in any of the rooms next to your room or above your Room, the odour of the cigarette comes directly to your room , turkish people are heavy smokers and you won't be able to sleep at night if you're like me sensitive to CIGARETTES, and this is a very serious one. The other problem, you can virtually hear anything that the residents in the other rooms in your floor do or say and that means no privacy.

Peesonal eine Frechheit, Klımaanlage funktionierte nicht, keine lösung kein aderes İmmer, kongre wegen gitme nicht schlafen, morgen bevor Check out zwıt habe ich sie rezeprion geberen wegen sen umaständen der Klima und kein Schlaf hatte, 13:30 bleiben zu können wurde dies verweigert, die Rezeptrion störte ständig und rief an, obwohl fast alle Zimmer leer waren, keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

Otopark ücretsiz, resepsiyondan fiş veriliyor otoparka ücret ödenmiyor. Gecelik ücreti hesaplı bir otel olarak gözüküyor, bunun için temizlik sıkıntısı olması mı gerekir? Zaten görevlisi temizliyor. Denetlenmesini için çok kötü temizlenmiş. Benden önce kalanın sabunu lavaboda duruyordu. Duşta traş bıçağı vardı. Klozet kirliydi. Otel sahipleri varsa müdürü mutlaka her müşteri çıktıktan sonra kontrol etmeli. Resepsiyon da gündüz çalışan 2 arkadaş çok ilgiliydi sağolsun.

De douche was vrezelijk vies de bed was niet comfortabel de deken en laken waren vreselijk vies de isolatie van de kamer was het ergste er kwam zoveel geluid van buiten de kamer in leek gewoon of de ramen open waren de kamer was vies en veel stof eerste en laatste keer hier
