it’s best hotel in Gaziantep, few steps from the shopping mall, waking distance to all the historical sights and the staff are very friendly, I really liked my stay and encourage people to stay in this hotel.

Terrible, not recommended.
At the check in, the receptionist kept saying they could not find my booking. Despite of paying in advance and for two nights, the hotel tried to block me out of the room on the second day. Not friendly nor apologetic. Worst internet connection ever. No spa, no steam room, just a gym. The room was a standard Novotel style. For a big chain of hotels, it was really substandard and do not recommend.

Everything was good- the room, bathrooms and breakfast- except the parking. The entrance is so narrow that we scraped our car. It is dark and badly kept.

Enjoyable stay
Great stay at Novotel! Service was good and they helped me with the calling Turkish airlines when my bag is as lost and I didn’t speak Turkish. Clean and comfy and the pool was nice!

my reservation was 2 twin beds. They put us Into 1 twin bed with a convertible couch. I didn’t have good sleep with my 2 year old. Other than that my Overall experience was good also the location was perfect for my needs.

The hotel was good, clean and modern. The room was big enough, and the bed was comfort The breakfast was more than enough. The hotel it sef far a 15 minutes walk from the historic area, but if you want shoping there is a mall near the hotel
