Due to stay of a big group, the hotel did not sufficiently provide breakfast. almost everything was finished around 08.15. They tried to prepare and bring when we ask for.

The hotel it's really awesome, but my stay in Divan was for business, and I can't do business with out Internet, the Internet either was out of order or very slow, I spoke many times with the staff to fix it, but the did nothing to solve that issue, so my 7 nights become really uncomfortable as result of me being Behind many deadlines with my work, anything else was fantastic

Great service and comfort, bad neighborhood.
This is hotel with a great service, decent food. Interior decor is kitschy, but overall it is decent place, with great services, access to the great gym. The only problem is the surroundings - it is right on the highway and it is too noisy to keep the windows open.

There was no hot water during my entire three day stay and the hotel never made any attempt to fix it. Also, I ordered room service twice. Once, it never showed up. The other time, I received a pizza that smelled like moldy feet. The Ottomans would have never stood for this!
