### Charming family cottage in Holiday Resort \*\*\*\* swimming pool, tennis, bar, etc.

Rustic cottage with 3 bedrooms, including one with access from the outside, for 8 (maximum 11) guests furnished with all modern comforts (3 bathrooms). Built on two levels, with a large terrace.  
  
This cottage is located in the centre of the estate, in the old farm.  
  
The DOMAINE DE GAVAUDUN  
  
4 stars Holiday Resort offering high quality vacation rentals (25 villas and cottages), bar, restaurant and many activities. Ideal for family reunions and groups of friends. Superb region to visit.  
  
Splendid property with 35 ha (87 acres) of undulating fields and woods, "Le Domaine de Gavaudun" is a calm green oasis perfectly situated in the south of historic Perigord (Dordogne), the region of a thousand Châteaux, near Quercy, Gascony and Guyenne. Its old charming renovated buildings, its excellent restaurant, the Auberge de Vezou (in the summer), and its modern accommodations in the middle of nature, together with the many organised activities, will make for a memorable stay.  
  
On site activities: floodlit heated pool, spa (sauna, Jacuzzi), floodlit tennis, basket-ball and volley-ball courts, football field, table tennis, trampoline, boules, billiards, play area for the children, walking trails, …  
Close to the Resort: horseback riding, cycling, adventure park, rock climbing, caving, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, buggy, varied day trips.  
  
Well behaved pets are most welcome, avoiding if possible July-August (too many children not used to dogs). This is a real paradise for dogs, with long free walks possible on the vast estate !  
  
YOUR COTTAGE  
  
Upper floor: bedroom with 2 single beds and bunk beds, shower room with sink, separate toilet + a bedroom with access from outside with a double and a single bed and shower room with sink and toilet ;  
Ground floor: dining and living room (with double sofa bed), fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, hot plates, oven, microwave oven, fridge), bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bath/shower and sink, separate toilet, very large terrace.  
  
The sofa-bed brings flexibility depending on the family composition, but the units are most suitable for the indicated capacity.  
The upper bed of bunk beds is not allowed for children under 6 years.  
  
All units are fully furnished and equipped and have a terrace (porch) with outdoor furniture. They also have a mini HiFi system or at least a combined clock-radio-CD.  
Free Internet (Wi-Fi) available everywhere.  
Laundry facilities available to guests at a small charge (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

#### Très bien

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le gîte était très fonctionnel pour 10 personnes avec 3 salles de bain et WC. Le cadre est très joli et très reposant. Un petit bémol pour un manque de réactivité à réparer une cuvette cassée à notre arrivée mais rien de bien grave. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
