Our host Cleo was very friendly and gives us tips to move the most easily in Santorini. The breakfast is served every morning at desired time. Finaly, the receptionist drives us at the airport. "Despues de llevar 2 dias hablando con los gestores de la villa (dragons group) a la hora de hacer el cheking la villa estaba cerrada. No hay recepción 24h y nadie contestaba al telefono. "The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They contacted us even prior to our stay to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the resort. The front desk closes around eight but a staff member was there to welcome us and take us to our room. They even arranged for a small snack for us. Their breakfast was healthy and gave a taste of Santorini. The location was excellent as we had the sunset view."

"The hotel staff was 5 star. The room was 5 star. The only drawback is that our suite was on a main road. With the windows closed there wasn't much road noise. If we were to return, I would book a room across the street facing the bay. Those rooms are below the street. There is very little to do around the property. A rental car is a must. "
