"The hotel is in an excellent condition to Texas A&M University however, the drive up appeal and the landscaping very poor , the staff was less than friendly when we checked in our room . Room was not ready and it was after 5 PM when we checked in. "

"Washer and dryer works really well especially if you don't want too go too the washateria nice too have it here, Also from the bottom of my heart thank y'all for making my stay here feel like a home!"

"The studios are great! It would be good to know that you have to request kitchenware and also how to make the stove tops work by turning the timer on the wall. But other than that this was a great stay!"

"Rooms smells like mold and cigarette smoke. Pack your own soap. There is no coffee pot or coffee machine. There are no window shade and blinds were broke, so with parking lot lights shining in my room it was daylight 24 hours a day. Room was dirty and trash piled up high at the entry way of the hotel. Check in took nearly 20 minutes due to deck not being manned at 6 PM. Rooms were inexpensive so maybe if you want to stay in Bryan cheap this is the place but I won't stay here again. "

"Checked out two days early. Printer was down couldn't get a print out of the receipt. Was told they would email it to me still have not received an email with the bill. They still charged me for 4 days so they don't want to send the bill and explain why."
