We do have maintenance on call 24hrs a day although they are not onsite. That number should have been emailed to you as well as been in the condo unit. I am happy to say that the elevator has been fixed and is now operating correctly. We hope to have you back with us on another trip to the Smokies so that we can make a much better second impression.

They removed and replaced all of the mechanics in the tank and it is working correctly now. I am not sure where the luggage carts were but there are several in the lobby/elevator area off the garage. I deeply regret that you had these issues during your stay and hope you will return to allow us to make a much better second impression on your next trip to Gatlinburg.

We are glad you enjoyed our location and the condo overall but are so very sorry you had issues with the lights, neighbors and the thermostat. Please always let us know if there are issues as you discover them. The only way for us to correct something is for us to know about it. We have folks on call over every holiday, 24/7 for just such issues as the ones you ran into. I have notified maintenance about the lights and the A/C issues for them to diagnose and correct the problems. I can only hope that you will come back and stay with us again at Glades View Condos to see that your recent stay was very much outside the norm for us.
