Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. \- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. This is our 2nd time to stay here. My kids love it because of the arcade and air hockey. We love the back of the house with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It’s in a great location where you feel like you’re away from civilization but yet convenient to everything (like grocery store, restaurants, as well as pigeon forge for go karts and coasters and then also close to Dollywood). Cabin was very clean and a wonderful view. Only disappointment was the hot tub hadn’t been turned on after cleaning and it wasn’t warm enough to use on the check in day/evening. Gatlinburg was just too busy for us so we just stayed at the cabin and enjoyed the game room, hot tub and the gorgeous views. Grocery store just a short drive away and Grubhub to bring some good food! Would like to stay longer next time. We had a wonderful time and even extended our stay another day. One small thing was the grill and grill area outside the main floor bedroom wasn’t clean (which I believe was an oversight by the cleaner). Joyce was very responsive and sent someone out right away to clean it. The only reason why I am even noting this is to explain why I didn’t give 5 stars on cleanliness. From the back deck, we saw a momma bear with her 3 cubs walking around. Such a cool experience!! My young kids really loved the arcade and game room. The layout of the house worked really well for us. We stayed downstairs with my kids and my parents were upstairs. This allowed for 2 separate areas so that they could sleep in.
