Beautiful Mountain Condo - isolated, secluded and just 8 minutes from downtown !

This condo is on a high mountain pass overlooking Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Yet it is within the Gatlinburg city limits and downtown is just a quick 8 minute drive. The neighborhood is very peaceful with a few homes around the condo but spaced well apart for privacy. There is lots of parking and the easy access into our 2 bedroom condo on the bottom floor.

The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. The living area has a large stone fireplace with a 50” LED TV above it with access to free Netflix and free cable. A very comfortable sofa and loveseat make up the living area with french doors leading out to the deck. The kitchen is super convenient with stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. All your cook ware and utensils are provided. We also provide a full service set for 6 people, lots of kitchen accessories, along with a coffeemaker, blender and toaster. In between the kitchen and living area is a dining area with seating for 6. All the floors outside of the bedrooms are hardwood laminate.

Our bedrooms are so comfortable, the master bedroom has a king size bed looking out onto the deck through french doors. Across from the bed is another 50” LED TV. Yes, a 50” TV even in the bedroom ! Off the master bedroom, the master bath features a deep 2 person Jacuzzi therapeutic jetted whirlpool with 15 jets. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed along with yet another 50” LED TV. A second full size bath services this bedroom.

Perhaps the best space in the entire condo is the oversized all weather deck. This 300 square foot deck features a seating area for 4 protected from rain and sun and then a sun area with rocking chairs. We have also located an electric BBQ grill that requires no charcoal or propane ! You may very well spend most of your stay with us right out on our deck !

Next door to the condo is one of the homeowner association club houses and pool. It is just a 30 second walk and is a great place to spend sunny summer afternoons with the kids.

Please note, our unit is below the parking area grade. Four sections of stairs lead you down to the front door.
