Hello Kelvin, Due the lack of personnel in the marketplace we are currently unable to offer this facility as by law we are required to have a licensed life guard. I apologize that this site wasn't updated when we re-opened, I have done so now.

Nothing exciting about this property...area is in a dead location and hotel needs a major renovation including new mattresses for the beds!!!

Hotel needs a major upgrade...still stuck in the late 70’s!!! Plus it’s in a dead location , lobby was also dead...no sign of life!!!

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and the rooms are clean. Our television did not work we asked at the front desk no one came to fix. The hot tub was out of order the tile around the pool was very slippery. The 21$ was a real guessing game to find.

The location made it easy to cross the bridge to Ottawa. The restaurant dinner buffet was delicious. The staff were courteous and extremely professional. The only thing I noticed was the hallways and my room had not been vacuumed in a while.

Loved the room and the view was nice. Had to pay for overnight parking and had to park at the lower level of the parking garage. Overall the hotel is very nice and the staff was friendly.

Admittedly I was disappointed upon arrival after traveling 10 hours from New York to be informed that there is no breakfast as was advertised on their website. Which was included as part of my payment, this was very deceptive and having to leave the hotel looking for breakfast especially when you are not in familiar territory.

Bad experience in Gatineau...
Old, service was offered by staff on strike, unmotivated and low experience. Avoid this place at the moment. Maybe if they renovate the place...

The restaurant was shutdown during our stay. November 2019. There are lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance Staff were very helpful

1- I was not informed there is no elevator from level A so I have to carry my suitcase 2 flights of narrow and filthy stairs. 2- No bottle of drinking water in the room . I was thirsty after 6 hours of non stop driving, I am ready to pay the hoyel price of a water bottle. 3- Breakfast in the morni g was not available. According to the man responsible ( we had many people for breakfast and we ran out) 4- Could you please make me fried bacon and two eggs, his answe (we dont have any more in the kitchen.( Beakfast was included in the price). 5- The duty manager(a woman) was apologetic and she will look into these complaints. At this point she and I spoke with a lady from expedia and I insisted on the cancellation without paying for the remaining three night. This hotel must be removed from your list. I paid not to be very frustrated and stressed from a hotel recommended by Expedia. I will never stay in crown plaza and I will i form all my cfriends to avoid staying in crown plaza

Overall room service and the cleanliness was great, However, the guy that was working at the front desk at 11pm on Thursday, Sept 19, 2019 was very rude and not welcoming. Maybe he was tired, I don't know, but I felt pretty awkward and unwelcomed, which is not normal for a hotel of this caliber. I do travel every month for business, I have tried various hotels in the region, but this experience was the first for me. Thanks
