"Stayed for three nights in September 2024\. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and good bathrooms. Those were the positives. The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...

"Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as we visited the Christmas Market which is a short walk away. Hotel underground parking for about 6 cars at 15 Euros a day. Other underground parking close by which was very busy due to the Market but 13 Euros a day. Breakfast excellent but not free/included in price (15 Euros per person, per day). Rooms are OK and large. Furniture a little dated but OK. I know we are in Germany but TV channel choice could be better?"

"This stay was a dream! Very lovely property, and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. The wellness area with sauna and pool were very nice. Staff were excellent! If I have to say something negative, it would be the dining at the restaurant. Prices were on the high side, relative to the quality. I was not satisfied with the quality of the food, but the ambiance, staff, and cleanliness of the restaurant were all great"
