"The location is excellent, right in Whistler Village and very close to everything. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, & the Whistler gondola are all within easy walking distance, which made our trip very convenient and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We appreciated that they offered us options such as complimentary parking or housekeeping services. They were also very considerate about parking. Since we had a taller vehicle, they recommended that we not park in the underground garage & instead provided a convenient parking spot in front of the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Another nice feature was the microwave available in the lobby, which was very convenient for guests. While the hotel does not provide breakfast, there are many great cafés and restaurants nearby, all within a short walk. Overall, the outstanding location, excellent customer service, convenient parking options, and easy access to Whistler Village and the gondola made our stay memorable."

"The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. The rooms are a little worn, but then we had a pet room so cannot say how a regular room would be. It included a kitchenette and the bed was comfy and very clean. The ice machine was not working but the staff brought ice up right away. There is a $100 extra deposit for damage, that we were not aware of at booking, but no problem , it was returned. It is in an excellent location, so I would definitely recommend staying there"

"Impressive hotel, excellent service and offerings. The “Heavenly” bed fit the description perfectly. Having travelled a fair bit for work and play - this bed was like no other. Best sleep I have had in years! I had a massage at the spa and it was incredible. Meals at the hotel and room service were 10/10 my compliments to the chef. I am often disappointed but this was over the top good food. All the staff were warm, welcoming and professional. The pool was a bit smaller than I thought it might be but the rest more than made up for it. Nice steam room and facilities. I will definitely go back and it will now be my preferred hotel in Whistler."
