"Great 1 night Stay, clean modern hotel. I wasn't made aware they'd left the Hotels.com (Expedia) VIP programme between booking and stay so I didn't get most of the benefits (e.g. room upgrade). They were going to charge for car parking which was shown as free for Gold members at the time of booking. I mentioned this and they honoured the free parking."

"The room is very spacious which is wonderful. The pool area is definitely needing some attention especially the hot tub which is quite dirty and unappealing. The check in experience was really good but the parking situation underground is very unclear and could be better appointed. What we like the best is the spaciousness of our suite, definitely a bonus! "
