"Our room was extremely clean. The staff were super helpful and they always had a smile on their faces even when I came in around 9 o’clock at night and was cranky that my kids couldn’t go in the pool with me to wind down. They handled my ire with kindness and grace. I loved the balcony that looked out at the mountains. It was extremely peaceful to sit out there and drink my morning coffee, while enjoying nature. It was also wonderful having a washer and dryer on vacation (this made traveling with kids much easier) The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day of hiking. The only thing I didn’t like was that the kids had to be out of the pool by 8 it meant I had to be out of the pool by 8. Everything else was wonderful. "
