The cabin sleeps 4 individuals. There are two queen beds. Its heated it has air conditioning. There is a microwave, fridge, and sink. Close to everything fun in Bear Lake, its located about 100 yards from the famous Pickleville Playhouse. Have a fire, roast hot dogs and marshmallows. There is plenty of parking for your boat and toys. Enjoy the beach and water, take a trip on the RZR. Loved the location, very close to most restaurants/beach/marina and the Caribbean Custard & Italian Ice onsite was an added bonus which we enjoyed each night. It was nice to have a fire pit onsite as well. Only criticism would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and required multiple reboots to get it to work. We had family staying across the street at the Ideal Beach but we needed our own place to sleep. The cabin was plenty spacious for the 3 of us - my husband, me, and our 2 year old daughter. It was really easy to keep a comfortable temperature. The beds were a little firm for our liking, just FYI to anyone curious about the beds. The hot water, tv, WiFi, and bikes outside were all broken. The owner gave us a work around for the water and was communicative at first, but then when I asked for a partial refund due to issues, he ghosted me. It’s a cute place, but all the broken things added up made for a frustrating stay. Not worth the price per night with everything broken. We were sad not to have access to the lake. We tried walking to it (like the owner said we would be able to do) but found we wouldn't have access. So we had to drive to find a spot.
