The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a residence. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use: lift. Accessible accommodations are also available on request.

**Your holiday apartment** offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Use of the air conditioning is available upon request when booking for a fee on site. The air conditioning can only be used from approximately July 1st to August 31st. The entrance leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and There could be two single beds instead of the double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and instead of a coffee maker there could also be a kettle. Oven on request when booking. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.  
 In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and telephone. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Garda. The holiday flat is located in a residence. The residence is only a 10-minute walk from the shore of Lake Garda. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Use of the air conditioning is available on request at the time of booking for a fee payable on site. The air conditioning can only be used approximately from 01/07 to 31/08\. Internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone and safe. Television reception is via satellite.
