The communication between owners was poor. There were several insects within the room. Hidden charges required once arrived the property. I was not notified of check out time until 1 hour prior to check out.

<아벤느방에 대한 후기가 아닌 피아니에 대한 리뷰입니다> 사장님과 스텝분들 모두 친절하셨습니다. 반갑게 맞이해주시고 시스템 오류(?)로 저희가 예약한 방을 쓰지 못하게 되었습니다. 사장님이 저희가 그 방을 원했던 이유를 알고 (공간이 분리된 곳을 원했음) 다른 방으로 바꿔주셔서 덕분에 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 오후 늦게 도착해서 수영은 못했지만 수영장도 사진으로 보는것처럼 널찍하고 깊이도 적당해보입니다. 수영장 옆에 데크가 있는데 30분전 말씀드리면 숯불도 준비해주셔서 고기도 구워먹을 수 있습니다. 나방들도 날아들어오지만 경치보면서 구워먹는 맛은 좋았습니다. (숯불추가비용 있음) 이 숙소에서 가장 좋았던점은 무엇보다 사장님과 스텝분들이 너무 친절하셔서 편안했습니다. 물론 침대도 푹신하고 쇼파도 널찍해서 아주 좋았습니다 :)

겨울엔 마니 춥구요 난방을 틀었다 했는데 추웠구요 코가시리게 물이 안나옵니다 씻다가 계속 물이 끊기구요 나왔다 안나왔다 반복합니다 고장나서 그랬다는데 원래 그런거 같구요 항의해도 나아지는건 없구요 기분나쁘게 저녁일정을 망쳤네요 생각하고 싶지 않네요

수도모터에 문제가 있어 불편함을 드려죄송합니다.현재는 물사용부분이 확실하게 개선되었읍니다.난방에도 더욱 신경쓰고있읍니다. 고객님이 만족하실수있도록 더욱 노력하겠읍니다
