"The concierge was really helpful with Korean wordage for a clinic I went to. My daughter lives in Korea but struggles with medical/legal verbiage. They also helped lining up a driver for two days. Very helpful and caring"

"We stayed for a whole week. Our sea view suite room had an amazing view of 새섬 and we were able to see fireworks from the room on Friday night. We never used the pool or ate the buffet breakfast because neither seemed worth what they were charging. The pool had a great view but looked super small and crowded during peak season. It was crazy hot while we were in Jeju in July 2026 so we spent a lot of time driving out to the beaches. Be aware that the parking lot is an outdoor gravel lot that fills up fast after 6pm and then people start double parking each other in. Sometimes the air conditioning would randomly turn off in the middle of the night and there would be a funky smell coming out of the bathroom vents. This only happened twice out of our 6 night stay tho so it might have been a temporary thing. Overall I’d recommend it for people trying to stay on this part of Jeju near the food street and 서귀포 market."

"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."

"Very clean room and housekeeping was superb (but they will only change bed linens for stays beyond 4 days). Breakfast provided was less varied and average. Food availability was limited as the hotel was atop a hill."
