"Channel 41.1 was CNN and 41.2 was FOX. Can you figure out the channel that was muted? Trish is the second time stayed at this hotel and now I remember it was not working the first time. I came back because of how well maintained it is and how convenient for my trip, but now I know there is something wrong with the atmosphere. Not again!!"

"Very clean hotel! Great price. Big room. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Wish I could speak to the architects before they design a room! You have to reach around the glass wall to get to the shower handle. You turn it on and get sprayed hot or cold before you get in. Handle should be on the opposite side. Also as is the case in most hotels they have an aversion for hooks to dry more than one towel! Minor complaints. Overall a great place to stay and very convenient."

"We were not fully able to use the pool due to the chlorine it was so strong it gave my son a rash and his eyes were burning so bad."

"It’s an overpriced waterpark for the amenities and cleanliness of the property. The whole thing needs an upgrade - dated rooms, dated waterpark. Restaurant selection and service - mediocre at best. Opt for a restaurant locally, lots of good selections for that."

"Everything was wonderful. The room was clean, pool ans hot tub were the perfect temperature. Other hotel guests were also super pleasant. The kids had a great time at the playground. The restaurant and lounge had great food as well. I absolutely love the deal they have for kids eating free with entre purchases! Thanks for a great stay!"

"The Inn at Saratoga is a great place to stay while in Saratoga Springs. It has so much charm. This is not the place to go if you want a cookie-cutter hotel. It has its own old-school personality. The breakfast they offer in the morning is exceptional. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Some of the facilities are older than what you may be used to. But that is part of what makes the hotel so unique. Highly recommended!"
