"Older property. No suitcase stand in the room. Drapes aren't closeable, no blackout drapes. Needs refresh. Night clerk needs lesson in empathy, day shuttle driver was excellent. "

"The facility was adequate for our purpose. It could use some upgrades which they were in the process of doing. Pot holes pulling into the parking lot need attention. Staff was excellent, breakfast had good options and the cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly "

"The room is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the shuttle is very reliable for transportation to and from the airport. In the lobby, there are social games, which are useful for young kids"

"The hotel was lovely. The only issue was there was lots of dust and dirty spots on the hardwood portion of the floors. Mopping the floors at least when a new quest is arriving should be done. Late night pizza wasn’t good and cold. I was brought a small bucket of ice, but no tongs to pick it up or a glass to put the beverage into."

"The room was beautiful and clean, also the water was nice and hot.Only two complaints 1. The pool was closed for 4 days, my entire trip. 2. There aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to go downstairs to the lobby in the mini store to warm up your food which suck. "
