"Our room had a funky smell. The carpet was stained. The chair was stained. The refrigerator was great. The bathtub/shower was stained and the caulk was bad. The bed was comfortable. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant."

"They really should removed the word resort from their name. It was fine, but more budget motel than resort for sure. The pool enclosure is foggy & uninviting, the mosquitos & bugs are outrageous (like instant bites when you try to enjoy the property), and everything is clean but super dated & worn. We had a fine stay but it is in no way a “resort” experience."

"This was one of our favorite properties that we have ever visited. It was a cottage surrounded by woods with a great outdoor fire pit and chairs. It is on a farm so you have goats and ponies to feed if you wish. the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. It is the most well equipped rental unit that we have ever seen with everything you could possibly mean."

"This Inn has been purchased by the current owners about a year ago. They have undertaken extensive remodeling of the room. The room I was in was a suite, freshly painted, new vinyl floors, new linens, remodeled bath with quartz walls in the full bath. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet. The room had a king bed, full couch, sitting chair, and writing desk and chair. The management was extremely friendly and checked me in quickly. Now the negative. It is obvious that the management has concentrated on improving the rooms. I saw staff cleaning the property and attending to rooms. However, they have not had the time or resources to spend a lot of time on the outside. There is obvious rust and decay on the steel frames for the upper walkways. They will need to be cleaned, treated with rust reformer, and painted. The parking lot needs to be patched. And the program owner had sealed the outdoor pool with concrete. All in all, I will definitely stay here again. While the rooms show signs of some aging, they are freshly painted and immaculately clean. That tells you everything you need to know about these owners and their commitment to your stay."

Charming cabin near Garden of the Gods

"I gave 5 stars across the board even for cleanliness, keep in mind this is a secluded cabin in the woods. I've seen other reviews... nature will do it's own thing. The location is amazing for venturing out to Garden of the God's. We got to enjoy seeing deer while sitting on the front porch in the morning. Full of beauty and serenity."
