You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Garden Room - Garden Views

The Garden Room is an independent studio annex with garden views set in the heart of the historic town of Kirton In Lindsey.

Free car parking is available on the lay-by next to the property. The room has underfloor heating and is set to keep the comfortable temperature.
The room has a small mini fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.
The garden in front of the annex patio is for the guests use. There is no smoking allowed on the premises.

The studio has a double bed for two people and in case of an extra bed, suitable for one adult or two small children, we offer to make the sofa bed at an extra cost of £25 (paid cash at the property).

The property is walking distance to the town centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. WiFi is available.

We will do our best to make sure your stay is very comfortable and will be available at anytime you require any help or support. Our code of conduct is “Atithi Devo Bhava “ which is a Sanskrit mantra meaning - Be one to whom guest is God. I will be available in the main house in case of any help required.

It is not what you are expecting
Basically, it is a studio created instead of a garage. I’m not saying that it is terrible, but £100 is not a fair price for this property. The presentation is much more than what it actually is. I was disappointed. Moreover, we received a bad for two and a couch. We mentioned that we are a family with a child, and we didn't receive any blankets to set up the childbed. That wasn’t nice. In conclusion, the price vs quality and expectation vs reality is low.

Property had everything that was needed for our short break, is located close to town centre where there is pubs/shops/takeaways. Lovely garden area available to be used and easy to park at.
