This place is best suitable for individuals looking to be near the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, Veterinarian School, and/or Veterans Hospital. It’s also perfect for individuals who are visiting Gainesville for football games, students doing internships, and/or individuals looking for a tidy comfy place for a short time. This space is special because it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and it accommodates larger groups. Sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably.

Hi! I graduated from UF and am often in and out of town for business trips. This is my first home where I spent most of my time pursuing my dreams. I personally and physically remodeled this home which took me many years to complete.

This condo is steps away from Shands at UF, the VA, Veterinarian School, and UF. The unit is a modern 2 bedroom downstairs condo approximately 900 sq. ft. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with deep dresser drawers beneath it; this bedroom also has a desk chair and a coffee table that extends to a desk. Bedroom 2 features a Serta double bed with a 50” FireTV, a chair, and dresser.  Both rooms feature sliding doors for more room as well as walk-in closets. In the bathroom the shower has a curved rod which is perfect for extra room; it also has an automatic soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser. There is a vanity, a sink, a dehumidifier, a triple hook hanger on the door, and the toilet has a no slam seat. Hand soap and cleaning supplies are also provided. The kitchen has a bar that seats two and a microwave; the bar also has 2 USB charge ports. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silver ware, crockpot, coffee bean grinder, espresso machine, regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, ninja blender, and a garbage disposer. The living room has an end table that turns into a large table for 4 (there is also a short oriental table located in bedroom 1 closet). The couch is an L shaped storage Ikea couch that turns into a king size bed. The pull out can also be used as a toddler/kids bed. There is a 55" Fire TV(Netflix, Disney+, HULU, and more), Wifi router, Sony DVD/Video Player, Bahamian conch shells, a book shelf, Himalayan salt lamp, recliner massage chair, and USB charge ports.  In the living room closet there is a queen air mattress and washer, while the dryers is located in bedroom 2. A printer is also located in the unit. Throughout the condo are light dimmers.

Onsite there is a pool and 2 coined laundry rooms.
