Absolutely beautiful views from the room as well as the remaining property areas. The entire Bed & Breakfast area of Gainesville brings you back to an earlier age of welcoming elegance. Laurel Oak Inn right at the top of the list. So quiet and relaxing, we hated to go. Unfortunately work on Monday!! It was located in the Bed and breakfast district so felt very comfortable. Breakfast soufflé with fresh fruits and English muffins were plentiful. We had to leave our last place due to a power outage. We booked The Laurel Oak Inn B &B after 5:00 pm and arrived @ 7:30\. Even though we were a very last minute booking, we were welcomed like old friends. The breakfast was delish. The next day we couldn't get into our lodging until 4 and the Inn let us stay there and relax and read on their beautiful porch. They saved the day for us.
