"The staff was great front desk Divina was super nice and friendly.... Now when it comes to my room 😬😬 not so great. I stayed in a pet's room that was infested with FLEAS!!!!! had to go to the nearest store and get fleas spray, blankets and pillow cases... I barely got any rest just thinking about the fleas crawling everywhere, my daughter woke up with fleas bites all over 😫 and yes I brought it up to the staff attention, she apologize and told me unfortunately they did not have any more pet's room available and offered me to wave the pet's fee of $16 and honestly I had no choice I was exhausted from the road and and so were my daughter and my 10 month old puppy 😫"

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable. We were greeted with free cookies and coffee. The hot breakfast was also varied and better then expected. Would definitely stay there again."

"The room was filled with bugs and cockroaches everywhere ( floor, wall, end tables) it was discussing. Not sure what happened with this place because we stayed in it few years back and it was old but clean..!"

"Was first given a storage room. Then i was given a decent room, but the employee stole my cc#. This was the only place I handed my card over or even used it in a week and that night it was used by an unauthorized user here in town? Dude, you can't be serious. "

"As a mom traveling with a toddler… it was my worst nightmare getting into bed at midnight after a long drive only to find out that both beds were infested with bed bugs. I found this out after I put my son to bed. I had to wake my son up at midnight, book another hotel and had to pack up our belongings right away. The staff was very understanding and apologetic offering me another accommodation but after the amount that I saw…I had to leave."
