« The customer service was commendable. However, the hotel appeared somewhat dilapidated. The condition of the room was unsatisfactory. My accommodation had mold around the bathtub, and the washroom had an unpleasant odor resembling urine. I had to request the housekeeper to re-clean the area. The chairs in the room exhibited stains, and the microwave stand was damaged. I would not choose to return to this establishment. »

« It was amazing how kind the hostess who checked us in let us know that the pool was still open as she could see we were exhausted from the 100 degree heat that we had just rode 3 hours in on a motorcycle!! Everything else was great just as we had experienced from this chain, but this kindness added something we will never forget!! »
