"When leaving to get some food after checking in there was what looked like to be a crackhead in the parking lot speed rapping at the top of their lungs echoing through the parking lot. Other than finding the occasional used condom in the grass and smelling weed from fellow hotel patrons the parking lot was secure. Didn’t say anything about specific pet rooms on the website. Booked a king deluxe room thinking all rooms were pet friendly and was downgraded to a standard double queen room and was told there would be no price reduction from my booking online price. While in the double queen room we noticed about 20 pill bugs at once in our room. We called the front desk and we were transferred to a different room which had the same problem with the same bugs. After switching to a third room we finally had a room with no bugs. Overall what was supposed to be a nice relaxing Saturday night turned out to be a very frustrating night. "

"Very quiet and clean. Slept very comfortable. Love that there are appliances in the room. Staff was very friendly. Very great location to everything a person needs. I will definitely return when I visit the city"

"The Front Desk Clerk was really nice. And very helpful with amenities etc. She even advised on places to visit there during our stay!!!!"

"The room was very out dsted carpet is stained mattress needs replaced. Wind was blowing through window didnt close tight. Toilet seat needs repair. The windows dont have anything to close to keep light out. Not sure smoke alarm works it had something over looked like a diaper. Staff was very polite, courteous, and very helpful. Would i stay here again? Probably not"

"Comfortable room with comfy beds and a working temp control that warmed up our room immediately. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and well-maintained pool and spa. Will happily book a room again when we travel that way. (Reasonably priced through Hotels.com too!)"

"The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though. "
