« Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nachteil sind die fehlenden Rollläden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist durchdacht, der überdachte Balkon war bei unserem Wetter Gold wert. Wir hatten auch schon eine andere Wohnung in diesem Objekt. Die Villa Andrea hat eine sehr gute Lage, Geräuschdämmung ist top, man bekommt von den anderen nichts mit. Tiefgarage ist gut befahrbar, auch die Sauna ist sehr schön. »

« Pros: Helle, geräumige Wohnung. Ausreichend für 3 Personen mit Hund. Sehr ruhige Lage, 20 min bis zum Park. Küchengeräte wie Backofen, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine waren neu. Geräumiges Bad mit Recht großer Dusche. Großes bequemes Sofa. Cons: Bei dem Mückenaufkommen hätten wir uns an den Fenstern wo es möglich ist, über Fliegengitter gefreut. Ein Besteckkasten mit mehr wie 5 Gabeln, Löffeln und Messern, wäre schön gewesen. Leider waren die Töpfe so klein das nicht Mal 500g Nudeln gekocht...
