"The boutique hotel is so much worth more than the price. It’s centrally located and conveniently close to public transportation, convenience stores, grocery store, bank, coffee shops, fresh seafood markets, reasonably priced top-notch restaurants, and tourist spots in Busan. There are some 24/7 restaurants and stores nearby also. It’s surrounded by mom-and-pop businesses and street markets, so it invites guests to explore and meet local, friendly Busan residents. Our room is very clean, well maintained, has complete amenities, and the top of the hotel where we conveniently did our laundry has a nice view of the bustling port and bridge. The hotel offers a spa and gym which we didn't get to use as there was too much to see and do in Busan. The hotel owner and his staff are the best hotel staff we have ever met. They are very knowledgeable about Busan as they are locals. They are very nice, gracious and attentive. Thank you Nampo Ocean2 Heaven Hotel for another pleasant and memorable stay in Busan!"

"The room was clean, bathroom is a bit small and the floor can be wet after showers for those rooms without bathtubs. Wet but manageable if use the towel to stop the water sprays. The staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. Some shops are closed by but not much restaurants. Most vista points and tourist locations are far from the hotel except for the Gamecheo village and Busan Tower. By buses, it can take 1 hour to blue sky capsule location or beaches."

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."

"Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."
