We check in very late, and got the room upgraded which we weren’t expecting! Check-in was quick. We were very satisfied with the cleanness and the location of the hotel. Some area of the hotel is still undergoing renovations which we couldn’t park the car near the hotel otherwise everything is perfect.
I really took a good night sleep. And thanks for the late check out until 2pm which is really helpful due to my con-call from 12:30-1:30pm on the day I left the hotel.
Elegant and Grand Lobby, Nice Receptionist, Good Breakfast, Comfortable and Spacious Room, Clean Washroom.
No indoor parking is not as expected.

Efficient and friendly staff.
Ideal location - walking distance to many attractions, such as Yushan
Scenic Area and 3 Lanes and 7 Alleys.
Combining the Manager's welcome message and observing their general tidiness & cleanliness, I can tell they are trying. Hope that reupholstering or replacing their (in-room) couch is high up on their priority list.
I was delighted that they have electrical outlets that accept US plugs without the aid of an adapter (although I have brought along my own just in case).
We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Shangri-La.

Awesome service; staff ensured to change my mum's room which reeked of smoke initially. Room was changed when we returned after dinner with complimentary desserts for all of our 3 rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Location convenient; 10 min from subway, some food options & convenience store. Best part of the hotel had to be the impeccable service from the first to the last day, from concierge to bell boy & cleaning staff.

very convenient location, we book the hotel for a transfer stay from the airport to the train station, the traffic is smooth, highly recommended for the traveler catching up the train from the airport on the second day

Better than my expectation. It's an old building in Fuzhou but interior still in a decent condition. It's still the best hotel in city centre of FZ. Recommended!

Good clean environment and staff at counter respond well when asked. Help at concierge was prompt and reliable . Mr Allan Cao provided good service. Mr Ben Xue also helped to find the precise address of a church we wanted to go to and talked to the taxi drjiver to ensure he knows where we wanted to go. Good experience overall. But staff in restaurant and room service lacked the warmth, eq and accessibility expected from staff working in the hospitality sector.
