Wonderful welcoming stay here. Luxury feel. Nothing too much trouble. We spoke little German, staff were all very helpful speaking English. Our room was yet to be renovated so a little dated but the rest of the hotel Was excellent. Lakeside terrace was really special.

Wonderful location right on the lake, with a private deck, SUP boards for guest use, day beds and onsen like pool & sauna. Great facilities. Room was well designed, but a small fridge would have been appreciated given the wonderful weather. No air-conditioning in rooms, which would normally be fine, but it was warm to sleep in the heatwave.
