"The staff was great the room was not. The shower was disappointing,the socket didn't work and there were no grab bars. The couch was very low and uncomfortable and the coffee pot didn't work properly.But the biggest issue was how heavy the door was and there was no door stop.Very difficult to open and bring items in."

"We chose this hotel because of the history behind things. We fell in love with the place our first trip to Hot Springs and couldn’t wait to stay here the second time. First off, parking is entirely sketchy and horrible unless you have a compact car as you can even turn around, but also the entire garage is crumbling. Literally. Then the hotel, had this horrible mildew smell throughout the entire place. There were hidden fees for amenities, which weren’t even available due to construction going...
