« A man, who I never even gave my name to, came up the stairs, barefooted, and only after I had to call him from the front desk…and said “here’s your key” & walked away. We did get in late, around 2:30 am. He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger) The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping...

« I’ve stayed at a lot of Home2Suites, but this has been my absolute favorite! The arcade was a nice touch and the pool was a hit with my daughter. For me, the gym was the best one I’ve seen in a LONG time. We will definitely be back! »

« The property was very clean and nice. Only problem was that the heater (it was raining and cold 40 degrees outside) would run very loud then only go on auto which means kept shutting off and on. It was very dramatic. Not a huge deal unless you are trying to sleep and wake up very early but the noise if this off and on would just help waking us up. Not even sure that’s something that can be fixed. Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Toilet is VERY low and hard for old knees to get up off....

« We had a great stay! The waterpark was awesome and so much fun for the kids. The hotel had super nice amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a really good restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying again! »
