John is an excellent host. Responds quickly and assists when needed. My family of 5 adults recommend booking this home. I appreciated that John was there for check-in as there were multiple parts to checking in, esp. for the parking garage. There was a lovely welcome plate of water, snacks, and wine. We had a large 9-person van so parking was very challenging but we did it. Beautiful apt with a fabulous wrap-around balcony with a 2-person hot tub overlooking the ocean.Great location to restaurants, shopping mall for groceries, clothes, beach path walk to black beach and restaurants the other way. The listing says 3-bedrooms but ask John about the other room that has a double bed. The bedrooms needed fans during the warm nights and extension cords in bedrooms were requested and John brought them over the next day. The apt. Was just as described, don’t hesitate to book.
