« The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. « The staff was friendly and did try to help initially—they moved us from our first room, which was dirty, into a king suite. Unfortunately, the second room still had roaches. We only stayed because it was after 12:40 AM and there were no reasonable alternatives at that hour. While I appreciate that the staff was kind and attempted to accommodate us, the overall experience did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
