"The hotel had easy access to the area, close to a great restaurant (walking distance) and they gave us a 10% coupon for the restaurant. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice, bathroom a little small, but not a deal breaker. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room and some hot food at the breakfast bar(still not bad with waffles, fruit and pastries). I will use them again."

"There were black hairs on the bed sheets, on the table, and in the bathroom sink. When I complained they did come and change the sheets and wipe down the other areas. I couldn’t try another room because they were sold out as were most of that city’s hotels. However, I left the hotel for the conference I was attending, and when I returned at 11:15 pm tired and ready for sleep, there were a few more black hairs on the “clean “ sheets they had put on the bed earlier. The door to the bathroom was shabby as it had apparently been kicked in and had a big indentation in the middle. There was also poor lighting in the room. They do not offer a continental breakfast. The staff were friendly but that’s all I have to say that’s good about the place. I do not recommend this hotel!"
