"My stay at Route Inn was what I needed which was a place to stay for the few nights I visited with a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. "
"Nice clean modern property. Area around is tea growing. The hotel is in a convenient location to catch train ( Shinkansen) and for major roads, paid parking around property is very reasonable. Would recommend "
"Probably not a busy season. When I check in nobody was at the reception. Only after I called out did a guy half-asleep came out from nowhere. Nobody helped me with the suitcases. This are services what I expected from a decent hotel"

"This was just a quick stop on a long trip. It has a lot of potential if the staff, AC or central/fan system worked, and better amenities. the room was large and dirty, set up like a party room. So much more can be done to the interior decor to one account for the cost and the location, even if it is just to sleep. The shower area was way too large with some much open space can fit the offense of a football team in it, but the tub (shower/tub in one) was nothing fancy nor large. Very little hanging and storage space for the size of the room but it was just a one night stay. "

"A little older than some of the other business hotels, but I find this the best. Has a lot of good free toiletries, larger rooms and good desk space in your room to work. Best of all AC worked with no smell"
